Although MGA addresses some of the most controversial issues in American politics, it also addresses issues or changes that participants want to make to the realm of their daily lives: their schools. One of these proposed pieces of legislations states that if students under the age of 18 miss more than 10 days of school, then their driver’s license should be taken away. According to Bill Patron Caleb Bailey: “This would be a great for kids to want to stay in school and get good grades”.

An important piece of information to note is that this rule would be handled by a combination of the Court system and the school system on the basis that if once the student starts getting better attendance over a period of time that the court sets, they would get their license back. The court would also be able to set restrictions to the student driver, such as only allowing the student to drive to and from. The bill patron notes that: “This is an important bill because sets some grounds for the kids”, which shows the compassion that MGA  attendees have for their fellow students and their desire to change the world they live in.
